Recently US government is increasing the pressure on the online casinos and foreign gambling companies to exit the US market. The Kentucky situation has promoted some of the major gambling companies to completely exit the US market. The reason for this is, United State Department of Justice is challenging to prosecute online casinos for the internet gambling activities prior to the UIGEA and internet gambling companies which are under the authorized by the UIGEA are merely deciding to look into new markets until the US market calms down. Even though all this issue had been gathered up in the past two years the US online gamblers continue to visiting different online casinos site and seek a way to gamble.
However, information and statistics indicates that online casino gambling in the US is rising up sharply after it has been down for two years due to the implementation of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA). Most of the gambling companies are quit from the market but few that stayed, are now benefiting from the US players. And online gamblers are also coming back to gamble and the numbers are increasing rapidly. But still one of the major problems the online gamblers still face is, finding sites that are able to effectively process transactions between US gamblers with US bank accounts the foreign companies.
