A Spanish lottery player has won more than126 million euros. It was the biggest amount ever European jackpot for any particular ticket. Last Saturday, the lottery arranger Euro Millions told that to the media. The champion of the Friday night draw occupied odds of just 76 million to one and snares that windfall. Nobody could win the jackpot in the earlier six weekly draws. The winning ticket seller Madrid lottery shop said selling was brisk every week as gambler saw the jackpot amount rising.

The Black Cat lottery booth owner in Alcala Street, Ana Maria Rincon said, “It was us who got the prize.” He added “We don’t know anything about the winner or their nationality. It could have been a tourist or from someone outside Madrid because we are right in the center of the city.”

Euro Millions stated on its official site “The record for a single win in EuroMillions is believed to have been broken when Friday’s sixth-rollover draw was won by a single ticket holder.” The game pools stakes just from nine other European lotteries. Earlier, an Irish lady Dolores McNamara won around 115 million euros in 2005 on this game.
